01 · Begin here

You were never meant to be the same every day.

Your energy changes and shifts not only throughout a day, but throughout the whole month. But still, we measure ourselves by how consistently we can produce, think, and feel.

There's another way. Your menstrual cycle can become a steady container for noticing what is actually here and making space to stay with yourself through change.

The monthly cycle mirrors our creative cycles. We feel inspired in the beginning of our projects and then question ourselves or totally abandon when our energy shifts. Instead of seeing that shift as a problem or forcing our way through, we can go beyond the bleed and into the real invitations that arise.

04 · The return

A cycle can loop—or it can spiral.

Our cycle phases bring us back to familiar feelings, questions, and choice points. Without space, we may repeat the same response and call it a pattern we cannot change. With space, we can meet familiar ground with greater awareness and try something different. That is how looping begins to spiral up and out.

05 · Fall 2026

The Fall 2026 container.

The group container is the heart of Beyond the Bleed, and a limited number of participants can also choose a deeper 1:1 coaching experience with Sarah throughout the container. Currently two of the five private coaching spaces remain.

Three guest teachers have been invited to present a session to help us explore this work through different practices and perspectives. I'm still holding their names for a little longer, but I'll be sharing more soon.

The Schedule

  • September 14th–November 23rd.
  • The container begins with the Opening Ceremony. This ritual opens the space. Then the real work begins.
  • You will be asked to reflect daily on your cycle in writing.
  • Once per week over Zoom, you will receive a live transmission. Nine teachings in total.
  • Throughout, you and your fellow travelers will unwind in the Reflection Space. This will be moderated by Corryn, my longtime student. She will help you process what you experienced during the teachings.
  • You will be given a cycle-tracking workbook to accompany you on your journey. You will use this to chart your path. It will be your compass.
  • Finally, before we part, we will meet one last time for the Closing Ceremony. There we will each perform the Rock, Stick, Leaf exercise.

06 · Meet Sarah

Hi! I'm Sarah.

And I'd like to share a bit about my story.

I'm a metalsmith artist, cycle awareness coach, and creator of Beyond the Bleed. I spent many of my early working years in restaurant management before eventually taking a leap of faith to pursue metalsmithing and a more creative way of living.

“The net that caught me was unexpected.”

After losing my mom in 2016, that path deepened into an exploration of connection, meaning, and self-discovery. While moving through my own grief portal, I was deeply influenced by some really amazing coaches and healers who sparked something in me that had always been waiting in the wings: my own passion for holding space for others as they navigate life's waves. Along that path, I found cycle awareness and cyclical eating, which led me into nourishment coaching and women's retreat work as a chef—all while creating meaningful talisman jewelry for clients and others I met in these spaces of transformation.

For the past six years, I've coached women through their cyclical and self-trust journeys while developing my own practice of cycle awareness through my studio work, nourishment, creativity, and the way I hold space for clients. Over time, my exploration of nourishment has expanded into a much bigger exploration of what it means to nourish our creativity and trust what wants to move through us. Beyond the Bleed has evolved right alongside me. This is its second iteration—my own return around the spiral, with more space to explore how we take what we've learned about our cycles and actually use it in the way we create, choose, and move through our lives.

I'm right here with you, walking this path through my own creations and continuing to discover what cycle awareness makes possible.
